Bio – "Coach Blue" – President and CEO of "Coach Blue's"



Rodney Blue, aka “Coach Blue” grew up in the Bar & Restaurant business
where he developed his "soft skills" with the public, where he developed an understanding of customer service, retention, the importance of attitude and developing self confidence in others.
He grew up in Galesburg, IL where he attended Galesburg Senior High.
Rodney Blue, was and still is to this day a very talented track and field athlete. Rodney was inducted in the Galesburg High School, Athletic Hall of Fame for his talents in track in field (2008).
Rodney attended Robert Morris College earning his Associate Degree in Food Service Management and Black Hawk Community College earning his Associate of Arts Degree. Then he attended Western Illinois University earning his Bachelors in Park, Recreation, Tourism and Administration Degree. Later to go on to obtain his Master’s degree from the University of the Rockies in Psychology and Sports and Performance.
Rodney created the Coach Blue's Management and Consulting Business; which serves businesses, organizations, schools, athletics & sports fans in a number of different ways. Rodney brings over 25 years of coaching experience to the Coach Blue's label.
Business
Coach Blue provides a social interactive training that helps business's go from the minus to the plus in an array of soft skills training programs. Soft skills are essential in the workplace and Coach Blue wants to help your team improve in areas like communication, problem solving, teamwork and work ethic.
Educational
Coach Blue provides school districts with a leadership program called "Let's Talk" and "Getting It Right".
These programs help students in areas of leadership, communication, social skills, self-esteem, decision making skills, etc.
This very interactive training program helps students to develop better character development skills.
Coach Blue has over 14 years of experience in working with students with behavior diagnoses, such as (EBD) Emotional Behavior Disorder, ADHD & Autism.
Athletics
Coach Blue provides athletic training to athletes in any sport.
Coach Blue is a Sports Psychologist and provides sports teams and individuals with coaching aspects of teamwork communication, character building, self-confidence, motivation, imagery. He also explains how all of these important aspects help athletes to understand sports and life, which are a vital part of the process to help them to be successful through playing sports and teamwork.
Motivational
Coach Blue is a very motivated individual, with high energy, that brings a message from the heart. Coach Blue has motivated hundreds of people for over 20 years and sends a powerful message, that will leave you on the edge of your seat.
Coach Blue has been a key note speaker at schools, college graduations, Department of Corrections, athletic events and social clubs.
