Coach Blue's Soft Skills Training program teaches managers, directors, principals, and employees various strategies to move from self-handicapping to self-enhancing by mastering skills that enhance personal and professional peak performance. We specifically do this by offering a series of courses, training materials, and hands-on activities to engage all persons in the process of enhancement.
Our Soft Skills program is essential for individuals to:

"Getting it Right" identifies how committed employees or staff are to the organization/business, values and level of job satisfaction.
"Let's Talk" examines how employees/staff feel about their job on a range of levels including, but not limited to, communication, training, development, front-line management and work-life balance.
Coach Blue's program's purposes are to develop and implement employee friendly programs that will improve the workplace environment along with enhancing the quality of work and productivity. While modeling outstanding customer service, my goal is to provide resources to grow and maintain employee development which is vital in the future. This program will bring a friendly and upbeat, high energy atmosphere to the workplace each and every day.
