How Coach Blue's Began

After many years of witnessing companies and organizations failing and consistently on a hiring carousel, we realized that there had to be a pragmatic alternative.

In 2004, Coach Blue's commenced on our discovery process attempting to identify the best practices and theories to develop the most effective ways to grow and maintain customers, customer service and teamwork. Every business desperately needs the aforementioned elements to be or remain successful. The fundamental principles of sports that we ultimately highlighted are the maximization of a skilled team, teamwork and work ethic.

Since our inception, we have utilized our principles to create youth development programs, collegiate tracking and performance programs and business goals and metrics programs. Our dream is to be a beacon of transformation for the whole community and we are continuing that aim to this day.
